Hi Kaiva,Its really interesting to read your writing and I agree with you I think kids under 12 are not allowed to have phones also in my country there was a doctor really agree because 3 years old kids don't do anything except playing on the phone and some kids cant sleep after spending alot of time on their device and I think Kids under 12 have a starting time of free time on device and ending time,My starting timeis at 4.00pm and end time is 8.30pm.
